"Amazing Class!" ~ Sandi Chair Yoga Student

Chair Yoga is a wonderful yoga addition to your yoga practice that fits each individual in their own body, whether that body is larger, aging, or living with illness or injury.

You will explore using the chair as a base for stillness, strength, softness, and stability, as well as how to offer safe ways to adapt to a new awareness of benefits from the practice.

You get to meet your body where it is, with tenderness and compassion. ���
