Power Up is a dynamic vinyasa based workshop designed to build heat in the body and strength in the mind through intelligent sequencing, targeted strength drills, and energizing transitions. We’ll focus especially on upper body and core activation, preparing you for more challenging poses like Chaturanga, Crow, and Dolphin.

Expect a well-balanced class that includes movement based strength work, longer holds for endurance, and modifications that meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re ready to fly or still building your foundation, you’ll walk away feeling strong and supported.
