Looking for a fun and empowering summer activity? Join Susie Pallis for a drop-in aerial yoga class designed just for teens and tweens ages 10–17! This beginner-friendly class introduces students to the fundamentals of aerial yoga, using the hammock to explore movement, breath, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, followed by a series of strength-building poses, floating transitions, and deep stretches—all designed to build confidence, flexibility, and focus. Class ends with a relaxing savasana in a silk cocoon, helping students feel grounded and refreshed.

No prior aerial yoga experience is required, and all are welcome. Drop in when you can—no long-term commitment necessary!
