Salt & Sound Bath Healing

Led by sound and Reiki healer Rachel Rivera – a classically trained musician and opera singer – this special session will feature Rachel’s intuitively guided sound baths and sound meditations by playing crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, a Shruti box, and a variety of other instruments as she weaves her voice throughout the session, creating a “Surround Sound” experience. During the Sound Bath, our Salt Mind Halogenerator will infuse the room with vaporized medical-grade salt. Ages 12 and up please!

Sound Healing, as the name implies, is the use of sound (both instrument and human voice) to create balance and alignment in the physical body, the energy centers called “chakras”, and/or the etheric fields.
