With Fall races on the horizon, it’s time to start ramping up your mileage. As we’ve done in previous years, of the course of the next few weeks we’ll be offering early morning runs for those who’d like to get in additional miles with their running buddies. Folks who are interested in starting earlier to beat the heat are also welcome to join. As the training miles get longer our start time will adjust.
While there are water fountains along the trail, runners should come prepared with their own fuel and hydration.
Boulderthon (Sept 28th) - 9 weeks
Chicago (Oct 12th) - 11 weeks
MCM (Oct 26th) - 13 weeks
New York (Nov 2nd) - 14 weeks
Richmond (Nov 15th) - 16 weeks
