Class Description

Writing is not only a tool for artistic expression, but a therapeutic practice that anyone can do.
Simple journaling is incredibly powerful, whether you do it daily or whenever the need arises.
In this class we will do three short flows followed by a brief writing exercise (please bring a notebook) designed to get your creative juices flowing and end with a rejuvenating and contemplative yoga nidra.

For all levels of experience, no experience needed.
