Join the Manitou Springs Police Department for a second Black Canyon Cleanup on Saturday, Sept. 13, from 8 a.m. to noon.
Volunteers will meet at Black Canyon & Garden Drive, with parking along El Paso Blvd near Fields Park. This effort involves steep terrain, physical lifting, and the removal of debris from abandoned campsites.
Due to site conditions and unknown materials, this event may not be suitable for young children. Volunteers should wear sturdy footwear, bring gloves and water, and be prepared for rugged outdoor work.
