Rather than drop-in classes, these sessions focus on studying CI together as a group, working with the questions that arise from the participants.

โIโve been dancing since I was 5, and I discovered Contact Improvisation in 2006 during my professional dance education. I instantly fell in love with CI as a form of physical communicationโa way to listen, to ourselves and to others. The body is talking, and movement is the language.โ

โ Comfortable clothing (long sleeves & pants recommended)
โ Light, breathable fabric
โ Knee pads (optional, but helpful!)
