This October, we’re getting crafty with needle and thread! Designed for kids ages 6–11, our Stitch & Create class introduces young makers to the basics of hand sewing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. No experience needed—just a love of creating!
This Month’s Featured Activity: Felt Fall Friends
Kids will hand-sew their very own felt pumpkin or bat plushie using pre-cut felt shapes, safe sewing needles, and colorful thread. They’ll learn simple stitches like the whip stitch and running stitch while stuffing and decorating their cozy fall buddy with googly eyes, buttons, and more.
It’s a perfect mix of creativity and skill-building—and everyone goes home with a handmade creation to show off!
All materials are provided. Just bring those crafty fingers and a fall spirit!
