Puccini's Tosca

On Wednesday, August 13th, at 7PM, at the Stephen Crane House (508 4th Avenue), the Asbury Park Historical Society will be screening a filmed 1985 New York Metropolitan Opera production of Puccini’s sublime “Tosca”, with Hildegard Behrens, Placido Domingo, and Cornell MacNeil. Our doors open at 6:30 PM, with the program to start at 7 PM. Donations to the Asbury Park Historical Society are greatly appreciated, although we urge members of the Society to join us gratis. Light refreshments, coffee (and biscotti!) will be provided for the two-hour screening. Come join us for a summer evening of beautiful music, convivial conversation, and fond memories of Madame Era Tognoli!
