βChair yoga is perfect for people who are new to yoga or who have mobility issues. This 60 minute accessible yoga class uses the chair among other props to aid in moving the body in a supportive and safe way through our asanas, or postures.
Like all yoga practices, chair yoga helps increase flexibility and strength, as well as improve balance and coordination. Through gentle, yet effective, movement and harnessing the power of your breath this is a great practice for enhancing the mind-body connection.
