Lunchtime Concert: Ravel's L'Enfant et les Sortilèges (The Bewitched Child)

Join the Classical Voice students and the Collaborative Piano Class of NZSM with the senior choir Lyrica from Kelburn Normal Primary School in a magical journey. We start in a bedroom where chairs and clocks come alive and cats,tea pots, and cups talk. There's a Princess, a Fire who only warms the good, a little old man, a chorus of numbers, and all manner of birds, squirrels, frogs and talking trees teaching The Child empathy and compassion.

Children are welcome and will be encouraged to take part so please come dressed as your favourite animal or princess and let us tell you the story.
