Are you feeling it too? The intense heat of the sun, the weight of humidity, exhaustion, or agitation sizzling just beneath the surface? The season of summer is powerful - it can energize us, but it can also burn us out.

In Ayurveda, Summer is the season of Pitta, governed by the element of fire and a splash of water. When Pitta rises too high, we might feel overheated, not just in the body, but in mind and heart. This special offering with Angela will be a great opportunity to cultivate balance and allow our practice to evolve with the seasons.

It'll include an intro to Ayurveda, restorative yoga, guided relaxation, reiki and cooling breath-work to relieve summer heat and refresh your energy. Expect to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and replenished.
