6 weeks of getting together, having some fun, working out, maybe learning some fitness stuff, sweating, and burning some calories. Mosty designed for beginners to intermediate level. Classes will be one hour and have a warm up, workout, and cool down / stretching. Will meet every Sunday at 3pm. First Sunday is 3 August. Last Sunday will be 7 Sept. $99 per person. Discounts for groups of 2 and 3 who sign up together!
