Bowhunter’s Tune-Up at Lewis and Clark SRA

With the September archery deer season approaching, bowhunters are invited to Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area on Saturday, Aug. 2 for a free bowhunter’s tune-up.
This will be a great opportunity for bowhunters in the community to come together, share knowledge and experiences, and get ready for open season.
Details
- This program is free, but participants will need to bring their own equipment. A valid state park vehicle permit is required to enter Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area.
- Range will consist of a 3D setup with targets from 20-60 yards for sighting in.
- Shooters will also have access to a paper tuner, and instructors will be on hand to help make adjustments and tuning recommendations.
