Pink Friday is Coming to Angier! Let’s shine a spotlight on our small businesses!
Pink Friday is a nationwide movement that encourages shoppers to support local before the big-box rush of Black Friday. It’s all about celebrating the heart of our community - you, our small business owners.
Participating in Pink Friday is a great way to: boost sales before the holiday weekend, attract new customers, and show off the unique charm of shopping small.
If your business is planning a sale or giveaway, we want to help spread the word! We’ll even swing by that morning with a bouquet of pink balloons to help you stand out and let folks know you’re part of the celebration.
If your business will be participating, please plan to donate an item to the Pink Friday Giveaway Basket that the Chamber will put together. It will be raffled off on Monday, November 24th. For each purchase someone makes at your small business, you will give them a ticket to fill out to go into a drawing for the gift basket. No worries, the Chamber will supply the tickets. The Chamber Director will go around to the participating small business on Monday morning, November 24th to collect the tickets to combine all the tickets together for the drawing.
