Compassion In Action ALL GENDERS Mental Health Circle Co-hosted by Leah VanBlaricom

August 17th from 7-9pm at Xanadu 5015 Bond St Boise we will be having our monthly all genders mental health circle. Leah VanBlaricom will be joining us to talk about the benefits of yoga on our mental health and to lead us in a yoga flow, we will then have an open mental health dialogue afterwards. There will be some mats available on site, feel free to bring your own if you have them. The circle is donation based.
