As the seasons shift, take 90 minutes to slow down, release, and welcome fall with intention. This restorative relaxation journey is designed to help you let go of stress, ground your energy, and reconnect with yourself as we transition into a new season.
We’ll move through deeply supported restorative yoga with calming aromatherapy, sink into a guided meditation for grounding and renewal, and finish with a crystal bowl sound bath to help you fully unwind. To close, you’ll receive a personal oracle card pull to carry a message into autumn.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Bolster (or two pillows)
Blanket
Warm, comfortable layers
Optional: eye mask
No yoga experience is needed — this is a gentle, restful evening for anyone craving a deep reset.
