What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
OPTIONAL: Blanket, head support, sleep mask, or extra padding
Mats provided
All events held in sheltered areas—in the event of rain, umbrellas are advised
Limited to 12 participants (6 per session) to ensure a personal and meaningful experience.
Age 18+ only – please no children.
