Chefโs Got Your Back is an annual evening of food, art, and community in support of local youth. As one of Lloydminsterโs only youth-focused fundraisers, ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ goes directly towards the ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐.
The event features a menu designed with the help of the youth themselves, brought to life by the incredible caterers at Rolling Green Fairways. A live art auction will also take place, featuring artwork created in collaboration with professional artist Kasey Johnston and the youth who access the Centre.
The Lloydminster Community Youth Centre has long been a safe haven for youth in our city. While the name and location have changed over the years, the mission has always stayed the same: to give young people a space where they can be themselves.
Today, LCYC welcomes up to 6,000 visits each year. ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ก๐จ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฌ, ๐๐ฎ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ, ๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐๐๐ซ๐.
