As summer begins to soften, we invite you to step into the woods, take a breath, and remember who you are beneath all the roles and responsibilities. This isn’t just a workshop—it’s a heart-opening experience of connection, presence, and joy.

We’ll begin with a gentle walk through a shaded forest trail, the quiet hum of late summer all around us, and a babbling brook nearby. Beside you? A sweet, soulful mini horse—your companion on this meditative journey. Together, you’ll walk in rhythm, letting nature and stillness do their magic.

Afterward, you'll have the chance to be photographed with the horses by a professional photographer, capturing the essence of this moment—your light, your presence, your power.

We'll close our circle with a bit of movement, reflection, and a sweet take-home treat. This gathering is about honoring how far you’ve come, celebrating the beauty of who you are right now, and anchoring into the joy of being alive.
