Oktoberfest 2025 -Bring Back Magic Tent

It's that time of year again! Get your costumes and glitter ready, we are bringing the magic back to Glenville. All volunteers in costume need to be at our sponsored station by 11 AM; gates open at Noon. We begin closing our activity tent down at 4 PM. We are looking for volunteers to dress up as princesses, fictional characters, superheroes, and more. Additionally, we need volunteers to help set up the activity tent from 9:30-11:00 AM and break it down from 4:00-5:00 PM. We will be selling autograph books, face painting, costume jewelry, and princess swag to raise money for the Capital Region Nurses Honor Guard. The nurses will be tabling next to us with information to spread the word about their incredible, compassionate service. We will be bringing back dancers with performances, as well as a new activity for the adults. Stay tuned! It is always a fun day raising money to better the community, and nothing beats the smiling faces of the kids. Please share with family and friends who may be interested in participating. High School students will receive volunteer hours for their volunteer work. We are also flexible if you are unable to attend the entire event.
