Join us after sunset on July 26 for a tour of the summer night sky at the Niabi Zoo Parking Lot. We will try to do some safe solar observing before it sets at 8:20pm. Mars may be visible along with a thin crescent Moon. We will also look for the Garnet Star, (very red super giant), M4 (Crab Globular Cluster) and many other objects, weather permitting. Knowledgeable club members will have telescopes including the PACMO (mobile observatory) set up. If you have a telescope bring it along and join us.
Please keep in mind restroom facilities are not available. Weather related updates will be posted on July 26 if needed. FREE & FAMILY FRIENDLY.
