For those brand new to Yoga, to fine tune practice, or for a refresher, repeat students always welcome, bring a friend.

Must preregister: 6 student minimum to run the series. Please preregister and spread the word! If the course cannot run, you’ll receive a full refund. Commit and help us make this happen.

This welcoming series provides a progressive and supportive learning environment with individualized attention. Perfect for those new to yoga or returning after time away. You’ll build a strong foundation, explore proper alignment, and connect to the heart of practice week by week. Inspired by Kripalu Yoga, the "Yoga of Compassion."

Week one may run slightly longer for introductions and orientation.

One makeup class offered per course. Must be made up within 2 weeks of the end date in any drop-in class on the schedule, no cash value.
