Plain Air Day at Strong Family Farm

Strong Family Farm is a small farm in the center of Vernon, Connecticut. Established in 1878, it is the last historical farm in operation in Vernon today, and our Big Yellow Barn is a local landmark and artists'®
subject.

• Some shaded areas are available. Or bring your own tent/umbrellas.
• Bring your own setup, chair, and supplies.
• Refreshments and bathroom facilities are available on site or nearby. Painting with Nature events are just for fun. There will be no instruction, and all painters are welcome to join us! Just bring your sketch book, paints, lunch, and anything you want to work with. Or just enjoy
sketching the scenery and plan to paint something later in your studio!
