Tuesday Birdwalks at Star Fort Pond

Are you interested in birds and do you enjoy being in nature? Join a ranger and a volunteer for our weekly birdwalks around Star Fort Pond. We will walk just over 1.5 miles at a slow pace while looking and listening for birds. All levels of birders are welcome from novice to expert. Bring comfortable walking shoes that you do not mind getting wet/muddy, water, and layered clothes as temperatures will vary during the morning. Also bring binoculars if you have them. We will have a few pairs of binoculars for checkout with a government issued photo ID. The walk is free and there is no admittance fee to the park.
