First Friday Concert: Christopher Gold

Christopher Gold is a Kentucky-born, Wisconsin-based songwriter whose performances fuse folk, country, and rock & roll with storytelling and wit ― a musical blend inspired by Townes Van Zandt, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and John Prine. He’s been praised for writing prolifically—often releasing albums roughly every nine months—and for his warm, engaging solo shows that carry on the folk tradition of blending songcraft and humor.
