So often, schedules are hectic, time is limited or maybe you didn't find us until the end of pregnancy. No worries, we developed this concentrated birth course for you. We meet three times over one weekend with the main goal of providing you with all the information you need to prepare for the birth of your baby. In this small group, in person class, we will focus on the critical information and skills that are going to build your confidence for labor and birth.

When we say CRUNCH, we mean it. This course is packed with information during class time. You will learn about everything from early labor to pushing. And, we include plenty of resources for you to dive deeper into the information after class time.

So what is the difference between our Crunch Time Course and our comprehensive Building Blocks for Birth course? In our full course, we not only provide the information, but then work together to put that information into action by watching videos, creating plans, discussing challenges and supporting you as you work with your birth team.

Who teaches the class?
The class is taught by Katie Crozat . I am a mother of 2 children (hospital birth and home birth). I am passioante about birth and excited to support you during this special time.

Please reach out if you have any questions about the class or wonder if they are the right fit for you.
