Summer Acro Camp at FBT

🗓 Mondays: July 21, July 28, and August 4
💪 A perfect chance for awesome cross-training in strength, flexibility, and control.

✨ Introduction & Beginner Acro: Mondays 5:30-6:30 PM ✨
This class focuses on learning and strengthening basic gymnastic skills, such as cartwheels, handstands, and bridge development; We also focus on teaching new skills, such as back and front walkovers. No previous experience necessary. Students must be at least 5 years old to join this class.

✨ Intermediate Acro: 6:30-7:30 pm ✨
Our most advanced level of acro, students will work on more challenging skills such as aerials and handsprings. Students need to be able to do a back walkover in order to take this class.
