Stiff? Tight? Pain? Join Thrive Yoga & Fitness ONLINE as we launch our latest series, Tuesday August 5th – Thursday August 28th. This 4-week series is led by Erin Geraghty, an experienced Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500, and 2nd Degree Black Belt with 25+ Years of training in the Movement Arts.

The focus for this series retrains fascia in the body while also building overall strength. We will integrate core muscles and stabilize joints to improve posture, gain strength, improve elasticity, and even reduce cellulite! All levels welcome to learn simple, science-backed stretches to release the core trains of fascia in the body for maximum flexibility enhancement in a short amount of time. Breathe, release tension, lessen stiffness, improve range of motion, alignment, and feel better in your daily life. No experience needed - just show up ready to transform!
