AQUA YO-CHI is a 4- week session which takes place on Wednesdays and began in June. We started our July session on July 16. Here's a description of the class:
Aqua Yo-Chi is a low-impact fitness class in the water that blends elements of Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi to promote core strength, balance, stress reduction, and energy flow. It incorporates slow, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and a focus on connecting the mind and body.
And, just a friendly reminder. During any/all paid Aqua classes, the pool is closed to non-registered attendees.
