10th National Population, Health and Environment (PHE) Conference

The conference theme, "𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: 𝟐𝟎 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐇𝐄," aims to harness the capacity, experiences and voices of the PHE community to better navigate the interconnected challenges arising from population, health and environment dynamics—attaining human and ecosystem well-being and resilience. ⁣

The 𝐏𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, a nonprofit and loose coalition launched in 2007, is dedicated to promoting PHE as an innovative approach to advance equity, health and environmental stewardship. Since 2000, the network has spearheaded pioneering initiatives that position PHE as a viable integrated development solution, recognizing the vital links between people, their health and broader development issues. The network’s best practices have served as a global model and been replicated in other Asian and African countries. Insights from the community of practice have been shared across various platforms, including biennial conferences held since 2004.
