Come join me on Monday evenings for a flow to restore.
Whether you're looking for new energy, to reduce stress, or unwind after a busy day, this class blends dynamic movement and deep relaxation. Beginning with dynamic flowing sequences, pairing movement with breath. Building strength, flexibility and awareness of the present moment. Over time, transitioning into restorative poses and breathwork to release tension and promote deep relaxation. Altogether, creating balance in your nervous system and cultivating the mind-body-breath connection.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement with breath. Vinyasa literally translates into βto put something in a special placeβ. This style of yoga derives from Ashtanga and Hatha so many of the poses may be familiar to you. Each class will have a different anatomical focus and a philosophical theme which will change week-to-week.
Some experience with yoga is recommended. If you are new to yoga, I recommend coming to my class in Ogmore instead
