Athletic Development sessions for local children/teens in Willand. (Starting school year 6 in September and above).
Speed, agility, strength, technique and fun.
Improved athleticism leads to improved confidence and better sports performance.
Our aim is to get people better, not just get them tired. No burpees or battle ropes!
Led by James Marshall (coach to 12 Olympians/ Paralympians, plus dozens of National/International sports people).
Weekly sessions (except 5th August) up until 2nd September.
