Over four weeks, we’ll explore the basics of movement, breath, and alignment in a slow, supportive way. Each class will build on the last, helping you feel more comfortable in your body and on your mat. There’s no need to be flexible or to know anything about yoga, just come as you are. This is a space to move, breathe, and feel good.
