This National Marine Week, we celebrate our beautiful seas that hold an abundance of life and support us in so many ways.
Join the St Ives Bay Marine Group for a beach clean followed by an exploration of our innate interconnection with the sea. Come along to learn how the ocean supports us while experiencing the benefits of blue mind practises through movement, breathwork and meditation.
Bring along a yoga mat (if you have one) and clothes you are comfortable moving in.
Facilitating the session will be Bella (@waverewildyoga), marine biologist, eco-anxiety facilitator, yoga teacher and member of the group who is passionate about blue health for people and ocean conservation action. Follow this link to find out more about blue mind theory:
