Please join me for this brand new class starting 12th September designed to help you slow down, reconnect and be more present, calm and relaxed.
Each week includes....

🧘‍♀️ Gentle movement to release tension
🌬️ Guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system
🧘‍♂️ Meditation to bring stillness and clarity

Perfect for anyone looking to start or deepen their meditation and breath practice or simply take a pause at the end of the week. No experience needed and beginners are really welcome. There will be an opportunity every week to join me afterwards for refreshments in the cafe.

You will learn techniques that you can use in everyday challenges, for eg. to aid sleep or cope with stressful situations, and the intention is that you leave the class feeling light, relaxed and at ease.

This brand new class has all the elements of a yoga class but with more emphasis on breathwork and meditation and a shorter period of physical movement.

Mats and props are available or please bring your own.
Exchange is £12 per class or £63 for all 6 in the block
