I have a great yoga class I teach on a monday night. My Ashtanga style mat based yoga is great for all abilities weather your new to yoga or experienced. It’s a slow paced yoga where we take time to get into a pose holding that pose for 5 breathes before flowing into the next one. It’s a strong sequence going from standing poses down to the mat working the whole body, increasing flexibility, gaining strength and improving balance whilst also calming the body and mind.
All poses are fully explained and demonstrated by me and done at your own pace. Yoga is not a competition it’s your own journey, your own pace.
We finish with a short meditation which varies week by week from guided visualisation, body scans, breathwork and sound therapy.
we are a friendly lot and would love for you to come along and give it a try.
