Yin yoga is suitable for everybody, even if you are a complete beginner and never tried yoga before!

The postures are all seated and laying down.

Carefully prepared classes designed to melt away stress through a series of long held postures, approximately 3 minutes each, combining mini meditations carefully selected to balance the flow of vital energy throughout the body, to restore, revitalise and rejuvenate not only physically but mentally and emotionally.
