This weekly classes offers a hybrid approach to the traditional mysore style of Ashtanga. The Standing sequence is guided and then we break off to a self practice. A perfect way to practice. We help set the pace for you and then you have time after to explore.

This style of teaching is perfect for everyone.

The standing sequence is the same no matter what level you are practicing and for beginners we will then support you to find your practice asana by asana and for those of you with some, or lots, of experience we will support you and offer assistance.

We open for practice and we start with breath and chanting together.

Although a weekly class, it is shared by Yvette and Tim, this gives you even more to explore as you will have different teachers on different sessions with twice the amount of knowledge 🙏🏼
