Join us every Tuesday for a Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga class

A mysore style class is an assisted self practice class. It's a little like a 1-2-1 with your teacher whilst being in the energy of a group setting.

You will work through your own practice at your pace whilst being supported. Although everyone in class is practicing the same sequence the practice is very much tailored to each person

Our Mysore style classes are truly for all levels. Within the the Mysore room you will see Practitioners of 20+ years and 1 week practicing together. Every body and every ability, size, gender and age are very very welcome.

As some will want to just practice for 30 minutes and other for a whole 2 hours please know that you can arrive at any time and leave at anytime during the allocated hours.
