A Special Friendship & Love Gathering

Experience a journey with Esben Seir and his own unique, profound way of guiding through depths of yourself using the breath.
In a Therapeutic Breathwork - Spirit Breath, we work with the emotional body and the unconscious mind. We release trauma, open up to our innermost selves, feel old wounds begin to heal, and over time, the body lets go and opens up again.
The breath flows more freely, and we quiet the ‘Monkey Mind’, entering a kind of Flow State.

Here, creativity, release, a reset, joy, transformation, new ideas, connection, courage, and much more can emerge.
But never more than you’re ready to process in the moment. That’s part of the beautiful, healing breathwork learned from his Native American teacher.

You can also just show up and see what happens. It’s always good. It’s beautiful, wild, intense, gentle, enchanting, strange, and magical.

Everything is as it should be. But you must be brave, and therefore vulnerable. You must be loving, and therefore honest.

You’ll go on your own journey—with Esben by your side. He’ll be your safety and support. The breath is your anchor. Trust it, trust yourself, and let go of control.

We begin by opening the body with light movement and prepare the mind with a guided meditation. We finish with a sharing circle in a small, closed group.

Breathwork is powerful and NOT suitable if you:
1. Are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months
2. Have heart or vascular disease
3. Have glaucoma
4. Have asthma or epilepsy
5. Suffer from serious psychoses or other psychological conditions
6. Have a contagious disease
If you're unsure, don’t hesitate to ask.


✅ IMPORTANT:
I recommend arriving on an empty stomach (ideally 2–4 hours without eating, or as much as you can handle).
Arrive early—we start on time. Wear clothes that allow free movement.
The workshop lasts about 3-4 hours, but don’t schedule something immediately afterward. The duration depends on how much integration is needed after our breath session. It’s also good to allow time for reflection. ❤️🙏🏾

A bit about me:
I’m a passionate free climber and freediver, yogi, father, and human being. I’m a trained breath therapist, Breathwork Facilitator (apprenticed 1994–95 with a Native American medicine man), life coach, yoga teacher, mental trainer, habit coach, and mentor. I’ve been head coach of the Danish National Climbing Team.

Worked with the Danish Frogman Corps, Navy SEALs, Danish Police, Greenpeace, Adidas, KARMAMEJU Cosmetics, Danish Commodities, Novo Nordisk, GARTNER, and many other companies large and small, as well as Paul Petersen’s Sports Institute, Zahle Teacher’s College, schools across the country, CEOs, troubled youth, everyday heroes, athletes, psychologists, and many more.

The world provides stimuli. You provide the response.

After more than 30 years of practical research, many years of dedicated meditation, breathwork, and movement practice, and a wide range of courses and certifications—I’ve found a path. And it’s SIMPLE.

The key is awareness and kindness. Through this, we discover love—for ourselves and for life.
Presence, playfulness, vulnerability, courage, and lastly, acceptance, create a conscious awareness where you can make healthy, conscious decisions.
That’s self-leadership—and the first step to being able to lead others.

Acceptance that everything is in constant change.
Life is beautiful and hard.
It’s all about balance.
This is a path—and a conscious way of living.
