Women’s only beginner MTB coaching session RB03

A 3 hour coaching session for beginners. You should be fairly confident on a bike but you might be unsure of what to expect or do on a purpose built bike trail. This session will show you how to do the basic things needed to make your way around Northampton Bike Park, like body position, line choice, pedal position, braking advice etc.

This is a 3 hour session so you will need to bring your own refreshments.

You will need your own bike which should be up to the task and a helmet. Pads and gloves are a good idea.
