🕊 Weekly Guided Meditation with Vicki Plomer
Sundays 7:00–8:00pm & Mondays 7:30–8:30pm
📍Intimate in-person space | £10 drop-in | £5 per session if paid monthly
✨ You are warmly invited to pause, soften and come home to yourself.
These weekly sessions are a space to gently unwind the nervous system, reconnect to your body, and let go of the noise from the day. Whether you’ve been holding too much, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing for a quiet space to just be, this hour is for you.
🌿 What to Expect
You’ll arrive into a nurturing, intimate space (maximum 5 people) where you can lie down on your mat and feel held.
Bring your own mat, a blanket if you’d like, and anything that helps you feel cosy and supported.
You’ll be guided through a gentle, restorative meditation with music, spoken word, and light language – helping you to drop into presence, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your inner stillness.
At the end, you’ll be invited to share any reflections, but there is absolutely no pressure – you are free to simply rest and integrate in your own way.
