This event is open to those who practice HNIR in one of our registered dojo on a regular basis, and those looking to start to train regularly.
If you are not yet a member of one of the dojo, please contact us directly before attending so we can give you advice on what to expect for the day, and ensure we are able to accommodate you.

A day looking at the sword kata from the teaching of Musashi sensei.

Please bring your own packed lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.
Please bring a niten style bokuto if you have them. Some spares may be available. 'standard' bokken should not be used.
