An in-person Yoga Class @ The Yoga Tree, Norwich which is designed to get your body moving and stretching ready for your week ahead.

This class begins with breathwork, grounding and centering, moving into warming the body up ready to transition into a series of postures designed to build strength, mobility and flexibility of both body and mind.

A basic level of fitness is suggested for this class, but no previous experience of Yoga is necessary.
