Join us each week for a grounding Tai Chi & QiGong session, open to everyone β€” whether you’re in recovery, seeking better wellbeing, or just needing a midweek reset. Together, we learn the art of slowing down: through breath, balance, and mindful flow.

Led by Mark Scanlon, this hour is about moving at your own pace, reconnecting with your body, and feeling safe in community. You don’t need any experience β€” just come as you are. Soft clothes, open hearts, and a willingness to try something new.
