Wargame Wednesday - The Silver Bayonet

Hey folks! It is the early 1800's and a little known fellow named Napoleon Bonaparte is waging war in Europe. If this wasn't bad enough, eldrich horrors called the harvestmen seem to be feeding off the misery and suffering caused by the war! As their power grows, nightmarish creatures out of myth stalk the night. To combat these horrors, the great powers of the day have created elite bands of warriors. Most famous among these units are the Silver Bayonets of Great Britain. The Silver Bayonet is a miniatures agnostic gothic-horror skirmish game where players take control of an elite unit of monster hunters from Great Britain, Spain, Prussia, Austria, Russia, and of course, France. The game can be played solo, cooperative, or competitive (apparently even monsters aren't enough to make people work together). The game currently has several expansions: Egypt, Canada, Italy, and the Carpathians.
