July Pot luck with an ocean view

Hi all, Another month and another Potluck. Carmen has offered to host the next pot luck from her lovely home on Willingdon Avenue. There is street parking and the lane will fit a couple of cars. Rules about the dishes you bring are that EVERYTHING must be 100% Plant based. This means no animal products. No dairy or dairy by products, no meat, no eggs and no honey. Please let us know you are coming by clicking on going. You may also in the chat indicate what dish you will be bringing. Carmen says she has plenty of chairs and dishes so no need to bring your own. Just bring your lovely selves and your gorgeous food. This is a dry event so no alcohol. If you could bring a list of the ingredients you used in your dish also, that would be great. We have several members who have food allergies. Can’t wait to see you all there. Ok
