Helga, a struggling editor, has just taken her husband to a psychiatric hospital. On the return train, a stranger introduces himself as Ángel Sanagustín, a psychiatrist who works at the same clinic, researching personality disorders through patients’ writings. During the journey, the two discuss the case of Martín Urales de Úbeda, a dangerous patient obsessed with garbage.
